Photos and videos you upload to the platform
Venue nominations, ratings, and notes you submit

Usage data (events browsed, seats claimed, credits used)

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Scalpr service
To process your subscription and payments
To send booking confirmations and service communications
To display member-generated content (photos, ratings) on the platform
To analyze usage patterns and improve recommendations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Supabase — our database and storage provider
Resend — for transactional emails
Venue partners — only your first name and QR code for door check-in

4. User-Generated Content

Photos, videos, ratings, and venue nominations you submit are visible to other Scalpr members. Do not upload content you don't have the right to share. You may request removal of your content by contacting us.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@scalprclub.com.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. New York residents and those covered by CCPA or GDPR may submit requests to hello@scalprclub.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Cookies

Scalpr uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children

Scalpr is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
